It is hard to believe that 9 months have passed since our trip to Israel.  It had always been a life-long dream of mine to visit Israel, and through some divine appointments, a generous church and generous people, Kristy and I were able to spend 2½ weeks in the Holy Land and be the only kiwi representatives in a 150 strong tour called ‘Engage Israel’.

I will never forget the experience, reminisce it often, and through it all, have gained a depth and understanding in my Christian faith that I doubt I would have otherwise.

If you are a follower of Jesus, are aged between 18 – 40, and have ever had a prompting to visit Israel, I could not speak more highly of the Engage Israel tour.  ’Tour’ doesn’t do it justice…  It is 2 weeks of being fully immersed in the culture, the people, places, the history – being a blessing to the people, and doing things no ordinary tourist would do.  It is definitely no old-folks tour!
